High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)- 8 rounds of :20 second intervals will keep your heart rate up & your body challenged! It is quick & effective! 

All levels of fitness encouraged!

Course 1: TABATA

  • Quick intervals of strenth and cardio moves
  • You work at your own pace & modify each exercise to your needs
  • A full body workout in 30 minutes!

 

Times:

Tuesdays 6:30-7pm

TABATA Rounds

Saturdays 7-7:30am

 

Course 1: TABATA Rounds

  • Quick intervals of strenth and cardio moves that will rotate in BOOTCAMP style circuits
  • You work at your own pace & modify each exercise to your needs
  • A full body workout in 30 minutes!

 

Times:

Saturdays 7:00-7:45am
