Cycling Classes

Cycling, one of the most effective forms of cardiovascular exercise provides a fun way to burn calories.  You will climb, sprint, and pedal your way on a stationary bike through hills, peaks, & valleys!

 

At On the Move Community Fitness Center, our cycling room is seperated from the general fitness area to offer a comfortable environment for exercising. We guarantee you will have an enjoyable yet vigorous workout. 

Our Current Class Program and Schedule

Course 1: Group Cycling

Features of the course:

  • Reservations required due to limited number of Cycling Bikes
  • No experience necessary!

 

Times:

Mondays & Wednesdays

8:30 - 9:15am

 

 

Fridays

5:15 - 6:00am

 

 

Select Saturdays

6:00 - 6:45am
